These qualifications have been developed to raise awareness of key food safety issues and to provide employees with an induction to food hygiene.
Who is this training for?The Level 2 Awards in Food Safety provides an ideal solution for staff working in a catering, manufacturing or retail where food is prepared, cooked and handle foods, where open or closed (packaged).
![]() How is the training delivered?Online Training is through a secure portal - Individuals will be provided with dedicated access for 30 days.How will I be assessed?The level 2 food courses each consist of 4 modules.You are given the chance to review all your answers at the end of each module before final submission and you will be given 3 attempts at each module to achieve a pass rate of 75% or higher.
